Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the organization and administrative management of the Housekeeping service
• Ensure the quality of service for the rooms at Hôtel Fouquet’s Paris
• Manage, lead, and supervise all Housekeeping service staff
• Adapt schedules based on hotel activity
• Ensure compliance with Groupe Barrière procedures and LQA standards
• Act as interim General Housekeeper in their absence
• Train and welcome new employees

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel
• Proficiency in Opéra software
• Fluent English
• Strong sense of service and customer sensitivity
• Rigor and team spirit
