Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms following hotel procedures and standards
• Change bed linens and towels and replenish guest amenities
• Report any anomalies or necessary repairs to the Housekeeper
• Maintain cleanliness and order in hallways, lobbies, stairs, and common areas
• Monitor and replenish consumables in public spaces and restrooms
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing impeccable service
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and internal protocols
• Follow instructions and participate in team briefings

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hotel industry, ideally in a high-standing establishment
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness rules
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous work style
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Discreet, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Strong sense of customer service
