Household Operations Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain robust organization systems for household items including closets, pantry, and storage
• Coordinate with vendors such as cleaners, landscapers, and contractors for property maintenance
• Manage household inventory including groceries, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
• Oversee weekly grocery shopping and coordinate with the family chef
• Handle laundry coordination, linen care, and wardrobe rotations
• Assist with childcare including school pick-up, homework help, and bath time
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Provide administrative support including travel packing and logistics coordination
• Oversee deep cleaning projects and seasonal home maintenance

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 4 times per year
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Proficiency with communication and task management apps like WhatsApp
• Valid passport

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• Experience using the Olive app
• Previous experience in house management and childcare
