Household Manager/Family Support

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organizational systems including closets, pantry, and storage
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and service provider coordination
• Manage inventory and restock household supplies, groceries, and toiletries
• Plan, prep, and batch-cook healthy meals and snacks
• Handle laundry, linen care, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Perform pet care duties including feeding and litter box maintenance
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Provide family support such as school/activity pick-ups and light childcare
• Assist with administrative tasks, travel planning, and scheduling

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Highly organized and proactive mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours (15-20 hours per week)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
