Household Manager/Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement sustainable organizational systems throughout the home
• Perform daily resets including tidying, dishes, and vacuuming
• Manage laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Handle grocery deliveries, inventory management, and household subscriptions
• Assist with morning routines and occasional afternoon pickups for children
• Provide transportation support for older children and pet errands
• Coordinate with home maintenance vendors and oversee minor repairs
• Provide light pet care including short walks and grooming appointments
• Perform meal planning and simple batch cooking (phased in)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Comfortable using a family vehicle for errands and transport
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Up-to-date vaccinations preferred
