Household Manager/Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and toys
• Oversee household schedules, calendars, and service provider coordination
• Manage inventory and restock household supplies, groceries, and toiletries
• Plan and prepare healthy meals, snacks, and school lunches
• Handle full laundry cycle including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing
• Perform errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and package pickups
• Provide pet care including feeding and supply management
• Assist with travel planning, logistics, and administrative tasks
• Support family with childcare and school preparation
• Execute deep cleaning tasks and special organization projects

Requirements

• Prior house management experience
• Flexibility to work across two locations (Lafayette and Alamo, CA)
• Comfortable working with dogs
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Current on all major vaccinations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Skylight
• Prior professional experience working with children
