Household Manager with Meal Prep Support

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems for the pantry, fridge, and laundry
• Prepare 3-5 family dinners per week and batch-prep healthy snacks and breakfasts
• Manage family laundry, including washing, folding, and special garment care
• Provide pet care including daily walks, weekly washing, and occasional overnight sitting
• Oversee household vendors such as cleaners and landscapers
• Manage grocery shopping, household inventory, and errand running
• Handle vehicle maintenance scheduling and cleaning
• Provide administrative support including receipt tracking and calendar awareness

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working around dogs
• Experience with meal planning and dietary restrictions (gluten-free, lactose-free)
• Strong organizational and proactive communication skills
