Household Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems including closets, pantry, and storage
• Reset and tidy rooms daily and ensure home is prepped for cleaning services
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and prescription pickups
• Plan and prep healthy meals and snacks following specific dietary needs
• Manage family laundry, linens, and special care for delicates
• Provide pet care including meal-prep for the dog and occasional walking
• Assist with school/activity pick-ups and light childcare supervision
• Support vehicle upkeep by ensuring they are fueled and clean
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Major vaccinations required, including annual Flu/COVID vaccinations
• Prior professional dog walking experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
