Household Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for household vendors including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, and pool maintenance
• Research and coordinate quotes for repairs and projects
• Oversee weekly house cleaner and other contractors
• Maintain and improve organizational systems throughout the home
• Perform daily resets including dishes, vacuuming, and light tidying
• Manage household inventory, restocking supplies, and placing orders
• Handle laundry, linens, and pet care tasks including grooming appointments
• Manage vehicle service scheduling and registration tracking
• Coordinate guest house stocking and outdoor space maintenance

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Comfort working with pets (golden retriever and cats)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Willingness to undergo a background check
