Household Manager & Family Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, organized home through daily resets and managing living areas
• Support healthy eating by washing, chopping, and prepping fresh ingredients
• Manage laundry, linens, and household organization systems
• Run errands including grocery shopping and household supply pickups
• Supervise external vendors and service providers
• Provide light supervision for children and care for the family cat
• Coordinate basic household logistics such as vehicle maintenance and home repairs

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Successful completion of a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in household management, administration, or personal assistance
• Proficiency in healthy meal preparation and kitchen organization
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
