Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide meal support including batch meal prep, ingredient chopping, and following strict dietary guidelines
• Manage household organization, laundry, linens, and tidying high-traffic areas
• Handle inventory, grocery shopping, and errand running
• Support family needs including light childcare, school routine assistance, and backpack prep
• Perform pet care including feeding, litter maintenance, and occasional medication administration
• Oversee household vendors, property maintenance, and administrative tasks like calendar tracking

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working around energetic dogs and a senior cat
• Ability to follow detailed dietary and organizational systems

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience with household management or family assistance roles
