Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily home resets including light tidying and kitchen clean-up
• Manage household inventory, groceries, and household supplies
• Organize closets, playrooms, mudrooms, and paperwork
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and maintenance providers
• Handle errands, returns, and pharmacy or post office pickups
• Plan and prep simple, healthy family meals
• Assist with family scheduling, school forms, and travel preparation
• Provide optional childcare support such as school pickups or afternoon care

Requirements

• Experience in household management, family assistance, or childcare
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Tech-comfortable with Google Calendar and online ordering
