Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Batch prep breakfasts and dinners
• Prepare healthy after-school snacks
• Follow recipes for meal service kits
• Grocery shopping and kitchen maintenance
• Wash, fold, and organize laundry
• Ironing, steaming, and special garment care
• School pickups and drop-offs
• Light after-school supervision
• Occasional back-up childcare for date nights
• Daily tidying and prepping home for cleaners
• Managing seasonal swaps and household organization systems
• Packing/unpacking for kids' travel
• Restocking pantry, fridge, and household supplies
• Managing household subscriptions and returns
• Vehicle upkeep including fueling and cleaning
• Calendar management
• Occasional deep cleaning and organizational projects

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• High level of comfort in meal preparation and following recipes
• Proactive, organized, and self-sufficient nature
