Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Manage laundry, linen rotation, and household supply restocking
• Support children's schedules including school pickups, activity transport, and gear management
• Provide light supervision and homework assistance for school-aged children
• Execute meal planning, grocery shopping support, and food preparation
• Handle household errands, mail, packages, and returns
• Perform pet care tasks including feeding and occasional walks for a large dog
• Oversee household vendors, contractors, and small maintenance tasks
• Provide administrative support including calendar coordination and expense tracking

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Up-to-date vaccinations
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable working with children and a large dog
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in Apple-based tools (iCalendar, Notes)
