Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Manage light tidying, laundry, linen care, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Handle after-school pickups, drop-offs, and light childcare supervision
• Plan meals, prepare dinners and school lunches, and manage grocery shopping
• Restock household supplies and manage online orders and subscriptions
• Perform errands including dry cleaning, gift shopping, and returns
• Maintain the family calendar and track role-related expenses
• Provide pet care including feeding, walks, and grooming coordination
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning, organizational projects, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date vaccinations preferred
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with technology and family calendars
