Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with preschool pickups and provide light supervision/back-up childcare
• Plan and prepare approximately 2 plant-based dinners per week
• Manage grocery shopping, household supplies, and subscription orders
• Maintain household organization, including daily resets and seasonal swaps
• Handle laundry organization, special garment care, and linen management
• Perform pet care including feeding, medication administration, and appointment scheduling
• Oversee household vendors, contractors, and property maintenance
• Manage family calendar, receipts, and budget tracking for household expenses
• Assist with vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and comfort using family vehicles
• Comfortable around large, energetic dogs
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Up to date on recommended vaccinations (Tdap, MMR, Hep A/B, COVID-19, Influenza)
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
