Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Perform daily resets including dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming high-traffic areas
• Prepare healthy family meals, snacks, and school lunches
• Manage grocery orders via delivery services and organize pantry/fridge
• Handle laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and putting clothes away
• Manage household supplies, subscriptions, and inventory
• Provide light supervision and backup childcare as needed
• Perform kid-related errands and school pick-ups/drop-offs
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and seasonal property maintenance
• Provide basic pet care including feeding and dog sitting

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Ability to drive family vehicle for child transport
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification
