Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems and perform daily room resets
• Manage household inventory and restock pantry, fridge, and supplies via online orders
• Assist with meal planning, vegetable chopping, protein marinating, and batch cooking
• Handle laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and linen care
• Provide occasional light childcare, pick-ups, and drop-offs
• Oversee pet care, including feeding, walking, and medication administration
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and cleaning
• Coordinate household vendors such as cleaners, landscapers, and contractors
• Provide administrative support including calendar management and travel planning

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Fragrance-free
• Up-to-date vaccinations (general + flu)
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass a background check
