Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Prepare healthy, plant-based meals and lunches 2-5x per week
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and online orders
• Handle laundry, linen care, and special garment care
• Provide baby care support, including overnight feedings
• Oversee home maintenance, vendor coordination, and property repairs
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Perform administrative tasks including travel planning, calendar management, and budget tracking
• Assist with pet care, including feeding and walking

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with all ages, from newborns to young adults
• Strong organizational and project management skills
