Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Manage light tidying, laundry, linen care, and seasonal swaps
• Provide child assistance including school pickups, extracurricular transport, and after-school supervision
• Plan and prepare 3 to 4 dinners per week and manage grocery shopping
• Handle household errands, inventory restocking, and prescription pickups
• Manage household calendars and proactively flag scheduling conflicts
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and light property maintenance
• Maintain vehicle tidiness and handle fueling/car washes

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Clean, safe driving record with reliable personal transportation
• Fragrance-free
• Up-to-date on general vaccinations
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience with meal planning and dietary restriction management
• Experience in household management or high-level family assistance
