Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage safe transportation for school and extracurricular activities
• Provide afternoon care for three children and reinforce household routines
• Maintain and improve household organization systems
• Perform daily home resets and light tidying
• Plan meals, prepare school lunches, and handle grocery shopping
• Manage family laundry, ironing, and linen care
• Oversee household inventory and run errands for supplies and dry cleaning
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and cleanliness
• Act as on-site point of contact for vendors and contractors
• Provide administrative support including calendar management and expense tracking

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation (family vehicle provided for work use)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Up to date on recommended vaccinations (including COVID and flu)
• Ability to accommodate pet dander allergies
• Flexibility for occasional weekend and travel support
