Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Manage full laundry cycle, including delicate garment care and linen rotation
• Oversee grocery ordering, inventory management, and household errands
• Execute meal planning and prep, specifically focusing on children's dietary needs
• Provide after-school childcare, supervision, and date night coverage
• Manage family calendars, travel logistics, and school/sports communications
• Coordinate household vendors, contractors, and property maintenance
• Handle vehicle upkeep, including scheduling maintenance and cleaning
• Manage deep cleaning projects and organizational tasks for garages, mudrooms, and closets

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with willingness to use mileage reimbursement
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Proactive ownership mentality and ability to work independently
