Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare healthy, protein-forward meals for the family
• Prep or fully cook meals for same-day or next-day use
• Reset and tidy downstairs rooms daily to ensure a functional environment
• Develop and maintain sustainable organization systems for mudroom, closets, and pantry
• Manage the daily after-school reset, including unpacking backpacks and cleaning lunchboxes
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Coordinate and manage household orders via Amazon, Costco, or Target
• Run errands including returns, dry cleaning, and gift shopping

Requirements

• Proven experience in household management, meal planning, and family assistance
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation for errands
• Comfortable working in a home with children and a large dog
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
