Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage household organization, daily resets, and tidying
• Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, email, and travel planning
• Plan and prepare healthy, protein-forward meals and manage grocery shopping
• Perform laundry, linen care, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Provide pet care including feeding, walking, and medication administration
• Oversee household vendors, contractors, and property maintenance
• Assist with light childcare, including daycare pick-ups and toddler activity research
• Manage household inventory, errands, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with willingness to use personal vehicle
• Comfort working around children, dogs, and cats
• General vaccinations
• CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
• Tech-savvy for calendar and schedule management
