Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage household calendars, travel logistics, and administrative tasks
• Provide academic support and homework guidance for middle-school children
• Oversee household organization systems, vendor scheduling, and property maintenance
• Handle grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, and pantry restocking
• Perform pet care including feeding, walking, and grooming coordination
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Coordinate household orders, subscriptions, and errand runs

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Comfort driving in New York City
• Comfort working with dogs
• High level of accountability and proactive project management skills
