Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Manage full-family laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Meal planning, grocery shopping, and prepping 2-3 healthy meals per week
• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
• Manage household orders, subscriptions, and errands including dry cleaning and returns
• Perform occasional deep cleans of appliances and baseboards
• Provide family support including prepping backpacks and school lunches
• Pet care including preparing homemade dog food and assisting with a senior dog
• Coordinate with household vendors such as cleaners and landscapers
• Manage household and family calendars in coordination with the family's Chief of Staff
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Reliable personal transportation for errands
• Comfortable working around dogs
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying a 20lb dog
