Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide family support including school pick-ups, drop-offs, and occasional evening childcare
• Manage household organization, daily tidying, and seasonal swaps
• Coordinate deep cleaning, special projects, and vendor oversight (landscapers, cleaners, etc.)
• Handle inventory management, grocery shopping, and household errands
• Perform meal planning and prep for grab-and-go meals
• Manage laundry, linen care, and vehicle maintenance tasks
• Provide administrative support including calendar management and appointment coordination

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Comfort working around a child with medical conditions (oxygen and medication present)
• High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
