Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and daily light tidying
• Manage laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies via orders and subscriptions
• Prepare simple, healthy dinners, snacks, and school lunches
• Handle school pickups and provide light childcare supervision
• Perform pet care including feeding, walking, and appointment transport
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and household maintenance needs
• Manage administrative tasks such as receipt tracking and calendar awareness

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable with dogs
• Willingness to sign an NDA
• Ability to pass a background check
