Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems such as the pantry
• Perform weekly resets and prepare the home for cleaners
• Handle light tidying including dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming high-traffic areas
• Wash, fold, and organize laundry
• Batch prep three meals weekly and breakfast meals for grab-and-go
• Perform bulk batch prep for seasoned meats
• Conduct grocery shopping and restock household supplies
• Provide occasional transportation for children to sports practices or appointments
• Manage household orders, subscriptions, and donation drop-offs
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks like fueling and cleaning
• Coordinate repairs and research quotes from vendors

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with children and household management
• Ability to follow specific dietary needs (Type 1 Diabetes, tree nut allergy, low sodium)

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience managing households with pets
