Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily household resets, light tidying, and organization system maintenance
• Execute deep cleaning tasks, seasonal decor swaps, and organizational projects
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and various errands
• Handle laundry and linen care, including washing, folding, and rotation
• Provide pet care including daily dog walks and occasional feeding
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
• Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and maintenance
• Provide administrative support including receipt tracking and calendar awareness

Requirements

• Reliable transportation for errands
• Comfort around animals including dogs, cats, and horses
• Ability to work three mornings per week (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Flexibility for occasional house-sitting and dog-sitting
• Willingness to undergo a background check
