Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems for closets, pantry, and storage
• Oversee household schedules and calendars using Google Calendar and Skylight
• Manage inventory and restock pantry, toiletries, and household supplies
• Run errands including grocery shopping, returns, and dry cleaning
• Assist with healthy vegetarian meal prep and kitchen tidiness
• Handle laundry, including bedding, towels, and children's clothing
• Assist with school/activity pick-ups and light homework supervision
• Provide pet care including walks and feeding for a puppy
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and organization
• Coordinate with service providers like cleaners and landscapers
• Support administrative tasks such as travel planning and event coordination

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Up-to-date on routine vaccinations (MMR, Covid, Flu)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate a multi-generational household
