Household Manager & Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Manage inventory, grocery shopping, and household orders/subscriptions
• Plan and prepare nourishing, whole-food meals and snacks
• Handle laundry, linen care, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Manage vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and organization
• Provide family support including school pick-ups/drop-offs and light childcare
• Coordinate vendor repairs, travel logistics, and administrative tasks
• Perform occasional deep cleaning and organizational projects

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working in a fragrance-free environment
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
