Household Manager & Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain systems for household organization and efficiency
• Develop and update a household manual including vendors and routines
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and maintenance projects
• Manage pantry systems, groceries, and restocking
• Plan and prepare at least 2 meals per week and develop weekly menus
• Manage household and personal calendars and support travel preparation
• Conduct research for purchases, services, and projects
• Assist in organizing business-related tasks and special initiatives

Requirements

• Strong cooking and meal planning skills
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite and ChatGPT
• Experience managing vendors and household systems
• Non-smoker with reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable around children and farm animals
• Local to the Greater Portland area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, personal assisting, or business operations
• Culinary training or professional cooking experience
• Comfort with gardening, small farm tasks, or DIY projects
• Multilingual skills
