Household Manager and Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage complex family schedules, travel logistics, and vendor scheduling
• Create and maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Handle laundry, linen care, and seasonal swaps
• Collaborate on weekly meal planning and provide meal prep support
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and routine errands
• Provide pet care including daily walks and appointment scheduling
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and registration tracking
• Assist with upcoming home move including packing, unpacking, and setup

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Comfortable working around animals (small dog)
• Ability to pass a background check
