Household Manager and Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate children's extracurricular schedules, family calendars, and daily logistics
• Oversee daily operations of a large, multi-building family compound
• Partner with the housekeeping team to maintain household organization
• Proactively identify maintenance needs and coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Monitor and replenish household inventory, pantry items, and supplies
• Support light meal planning, grocery coordination, and meal preparation
• Manage family laundry, linen rotation, and household laundry systems
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and service appointments
• Manage shared family calendars, travel logistics, and reservations
• Travel with the family approximately once per month as needed

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Proficiency with shared calendars and digital organization systems
• Comfort working in a home with multiple pets (dogs and cats)
• Flexible availability to support a dynamic family lifestyle
• Experience as a Household Manager or Family Assistant
