About the role

Responsibilities

Coordinate weekly meal planning, grocery orders, and ingredient prep
Follow strict celiac and gluten-free protocols to prevent cross-contamination
Manage full family laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
Perform daily household resets, light tidying, and organization projects
Restock pantry and household supplies via Amazon, Walmart Plus, and other subscriptions
Handle miscellaneous errands including returns, gift shopping, and dry cleaning
Provide light backup childcare and school/daycare pickup/drop-off support
Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and organization
Oversee household vendors and seasonal outdoor maintenance tasks
Provide administrative support for travel logistics and calendar management

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
Up to date on vaccinations (Tdap, MMR; annual flu preferred)
Comfortable working in a home with pets (dogs, cat, and fish)
Experience navigating celiac disease or food allergies strongly preferred
