Household Manager and Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage household organization including closets, pantry, and seasonal clothing transitions
• Handle inventory, grocery ordering, and household errands
• Perform batch cooking, healthy meal prep, and snack preparation
• Manage family laundry, linens, and special garment care
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and routine detailing
• Provide backup childcare, school transport, and activity logistics support
• Coordinate with vendors and manage property oversight
• Assist with travel packing and holiday hosting support

Requirements

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Ability to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Up-to-date on general vaccinations
