Household Manager and Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall organization and daily flow of the home, including living spaces, kitchen, and common areas
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and replenishment of supplies
• Handle full laundry cycle including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Coordinate household vendors, repairs, and maintenance appointments
• Provide family support including preparing backpacks, snacks, and occasional backup childcare
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing family calendars, travel preparation, and household logistics
• Support pet care coordination and vehicle maintenance reminders

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Confident swimmer with strong water safety awareness
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
