About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of a thriving residential experience by executing the residential engagement model.
- Select, train, lead, supervise, and evaluate a team of Community Advisors (CA) and Resident Assistants (RA).
- Serve as the primary university contact and advocate for students within a designated residential house community.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to enhance student success and personal development.
- Coordinate emergency response and ongoing case management, including participation in the Student Affairs on-call rotation.
- Manage the House budget, overseeing community expenses for programming and development.
- Collaborate with campus partners such as Housing Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, and academic departments.
- Oversee and coordinate critical initiatives within Residential Education, including student staff selection, training, and leadership development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of full-time experience in a student affairs role.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships in a diverse campus community.
- Experience in project management and administrative responsibility.
- Demonstrated commitment to community engagement and student-centered leadership.
