About the Company

Anew is an outpatient behavioral health provider that helps individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders. We are a certified Recovery Friendly Workplace that values lived experience and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Be readily available to assist residents with questions or support
• Assist in filing and reviewing resident grievances promptly and sensitively
• Respond to and document incidents at the recovery home
• Enforce house rules and the Code of Conduct consistently
• Ensure consistent on-site presence whenever residents are at the facility
• Role-model recovery principles and prosocial behavior
• Ensure the recovery home is free from alcohol and illicit substances
• Conduct regular checks for prohibited items
• Account for all residents and ensure support needs are met

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NPI number or Ohio Medicaid ID (instructions provided)
• Ability to maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training in counseling or a related field
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in a residential or similar role
