House Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 clinical and administrative oversight in a Critical Access Hospital
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and smooth hospital operations
• Act as the on-site administrative leader in the absence of department directors, CNO, or Hospital Administration
• Coordinate staffing and facilitate patient flow
• Address urgent operational or clinical issues and support frontline teams
• Serve as a key decision-maker during off-hours and high-stress scenarios

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multistate License (MSL) with Washington endorsement
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent hospital/healthcare system experience
• Minimum of five years of relevant nursing experience
• At least three years of recent acute care experience
• Minimum 2 years of House Supervisor experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to obtain ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire
• TNCC course completion (previously completed or within one year of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
• Rural healthcare experience
• Experience with Cerner EHR
