House Manager/Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide after-school structure, medication reminders, and homework support for school-age children
• Support neurodivergent children with executive functioning skills and compassionate redirection
• Maintain household organization systems, including mudrooms, storage, and pantry
• Perform daily household resets, light tidying, and monthly deep cleaning tasks
• Manage household inventory, grocery runs, and errand processing
• Handle meal prep, including vegetable chopping and advanced ingredient preparation
• Manage full laundry service for adults and oversee children's laundry routines
• Oversee indoor plant care, vehicle upkeep, and seasonal equipment preparation (bikes/skis)
• Coordinate with household vendors, contractors, and scheduled maintenance services
• Provide administrative support including mail management and digital calendar monitoring

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/Autism)
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation to and from the residence
• Up-to-date vaccinations per CDC guidelines
• Comfort working around cats
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Experience with vegetarian meal preparation
• Experience in household management or personal assistant roles
