House Manager/Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Reset and tidy rooms daily and maintain overall household neatness
• Create and maintain household organization systems for closets, pantry, and toys
• Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
• Manage household orders via Amazon, Costco, and Target
• Run errands including grocery shopping, returns, and dry cleaning
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry and linens
• Batch-cook and prep ingredients for weekly meals
• Supervise and coordinate with service providers and vendors
• Provide occasional pet care and light child assistance or supervision
• Handle administrative tasks such as receipt tracking and calendar management

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation
• Current general vaccinations
• Comfort working around dogs and young children
• Proficiency with digital tools, calendaring, and AI tools
• High level of organization and proactive initiative
• Ability to maintain discretion and privacy
