House Manager/Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfasts and 4 weeknight dinners (pescatarian/vegetarian) including leftovers
• Wash, chop, and prep weekly CSA produce
• Provide midday puppy care including feeding and walks
• Handle school pick-ups and occasional daytime coverage for school closures
• Manage household systems including laundry, bedding, and recycling
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as appliances, grout, and windows
• Maintain household organization and inventory
• Coordinate with vendors and act as a point person for home repairs

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal transportation with a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Up-to-date on general vaccinations per CDC guidelines
• Comfortable working with dogs
• Experience in household management or family assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with neurodivergent children
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Culinary confidence in vegetarian and pescatarian cooking
• Skills in travel planning or administrative support
