House Manager/Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets
• Manage laundry, linen rotation, and garment care
• Handle grocery restocking, pantry management, and household orders
• Perform meal prep, including chopping vegetables and batch cooking
• Execute errands such as dry cleaning, gift shopping, and donation drop-offs
• Manage household inventory and supply lists
• Provide backup childcare and kid-related errands
• Oversee indoor plants and outdoor space tidiness
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on the property

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Physical capability to navigate a multi-level home with significant stairs
• Tech-savvy with ability to use shared calendars and communication systems
• Up-to-date vaccinations
• Ability to pass a background check
