House Manager/Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Perform daily resets, light tidying, and seasonal swaps
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and supply orders
• Execute weekly meal plans including light food prep and batch cooking
• Handle laundry, linen care, and special garment care
• Assist with errands, returns, and kid-related tasks
• Provide light supervision and backup childcare
• Manage vehicle fueling, cleaning, and organization
• Conduct routine property walk-throughs and administrative tasks like receipt tracking

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment
• Ability to maintain a pet-hair and dander-free environment
• Reliable personal transportation
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-starting mindset
• Ability to pass a background check
