House Manager with Meal Prep Support

Responsibilities

• Support children with after-school routines, snacks, and homework
• Plan and prepare healthy weekday dinners for the family
• Maintain kitchen organization and handle post-cooking cleanup
• Perform daily household resets and tidy high-traffic living spaces
• Manage household inventory, grocery lists, and restocking
• Coordinate vendor services, house cleaners, and home maintenance
• Handle errands, returns, and vehicle upkeep
• Provide pet care support including dog access and occasional sitting

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to drive in Wisconsin winter weather conditions
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Commitment to maintaining a smoke-free environment
• Proactive, self-sufficient problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Tech-savviness for household management
