House Manager with Meal Prep Focus

Responsibilities

• Manage full laundry cycle including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and putting away
• Provide meal support including grocery organization, ingredient prep, and batch-cooking weekend meals
• Prepare simple weekday lunches for adults and children
• Perform daily home resets such as dishes, vacuuming high-traffic areas, and tidying common spaces
• Maintain household organization, including pantry management and seasonal clothing swaps
• Handle light errands, package receiving, and inventory tracking for household supplies
• Oversee household vendors and service providers during scheduled visits

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• High level of hygiene and professional discretion
• Proactive approach to household management and organization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific family preferences

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Handler Safety Certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
