House Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing household organization systems with precision and consistency
• Complete daily resets including dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming
• Manage laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects and seasonal resets
• Handle grocery shopping, pantry restocking, and household errands
• Prep 2–3 dinners per week and assist with weekly batch food prep
• Provide light supervision or back-up childcare and assist with after-school gear
• Manage pet care including litter box maintenance and food restocking
• Oversee property maintenance needs and prepare the family cottage for use

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Comfortable with cats
• Fragrance-free or very light fragrance only
• Authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar household role
• Fluency in French
