House Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare 3-4 dinners per week with leftovers and daily breakfasts/lunches
• Manage grocery shopping and maintain a well-stocked kitchen
• Navigate complex food allergies (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.) and label all items
• Handle all family laundry, including washing, folding, and ironing
• Maintain household organization systems and perform daily resets of common areas
• Monitor and restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and cleaning schedules
• Provide pet care including feeding, walking, and grooming coordination
• Oversee vendors, home repairs, and cleaning services
• Provide occasional emergency backup childcare and evening babysitting

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation for family-related errands
• General vaccinations preferred and willingness to receive annual flu vaccination
• Ability to pass a background check

• Experience in meal planning and nutritious cooking
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex dietary restrictions
• Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced household
